What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), enquiry topic and message you provide.

When you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your email address only.

All of this is given voluntarily. Without it we cannot answer your enquiry or send you the newsletter.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used solely to answer your enquiry and to follow up on product advice and related service.

Newsletter addresses are used solely to send new releases and brand news.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for purposes you would not expect.

Where your data is held

Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet. That service is provided by Google LLC and the data may reside on servers outside Taiwan.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., whose server logs may include your IP address and browser information for operational and security purposes.

This website uses no Google Analytics and no third-party tracking or advertising scripts.

Cookies

This website sets a single necessary cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you are reading the Chinese or English version.

It contains no identifying information and is not used to track your browsing. You may clear it in your browser at any time; the only effect is that your language preference is forgotten.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept for two years from the date of submission, so that we can handle follow-up service and warranty matters, and are deleted thereafter.

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act you may request to review, obtain a copy of, supplement, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop collecting, processing or using it.

To exercise these rights, please contact us through the form on this website, stating your request. We will respond within thirty days of receipt.

Security

The entire site is served over HTTPS. Form data is encrypted in transit and access to the stored data is limited to authorised accounts.

No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Any revision will be published on this page with an updated date. Please check back from time to time.
